หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบ:
- ประเมินราคาที่ดิน, อาคาร/สิ่งปลูกสร้าง, ห้องชุด ของลูกค้าที่ขอสินเชื่อทุกประเภท / ปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้ / ขายทอดตลาดทรัพย์ ทบทวนราคาประเมิน
- ตรวจสอบสภาพหลักประกัน ณ สถานที่ตั้งทรัพย์ สืบหาราคาตลาดและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- สืบหาที่ตั้งทรัพย์ลูกหนี้ จัดทำรายงาน เขียนแผนที่ตั้งทรัพย์ และวิเคราะห์ราคาทรัพย์ประกันนำเสนอคณะกรรมการอนุมัติราคา
- ประมาณการราคาสิ่งปลูกสร้างตามแบบแปลนและตรวจความคืบหน้างานก่อสร้างเพื่อจ่ายเงินกู้ตามงวดงาน
- ตรวจสอบหนังสือเอกสารสิทธิและเอกสารต่างๆ ที่ใช้ในการทำนิติกรรม
- ดำเนินการยื่นขอจดทะเบียนสิทธิและจัดทำนิติกรรมจำนองอสังหาริมทรัพย์ทุกประเภทตามวงเงินที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติ:
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชากฎหมาย หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป ด้านการประเมินทรัพย์สิน
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า
