atAsset World Corp PLCหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- รับคำสั่งหรือนโยบายในการทำงานจากกรรมการผู้จัดการหรือผู้บังคับบัญชาระดับสูงขึ้นไป
- ประสานงานในการจัดทำ กำหนดเป้าหมาย งบประมาณรายรับ-รายจ่ายประจำปี
- วางแผนดำเนินงาน และบริหารจัดการควบคุมดูแลทุกฝ่ายทุกแผนกที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบให้ปฏิบัติงานเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่ได้กำหนดไว้
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และภูมิทัศน์ของอาคาร
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง และติดตามในส่วนของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การควบคุมอาคาร การอนุรักษ์พลังงาน การลดมลภาวะต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
- เข้าร่วมประชุมผู้บริหารกลุ่มอาคารสำนักงาน และการทบทวนฝ่ายบริหาร
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายบูรณาการ วัตถุประสงค์บูรณาการ ระบบบริหารคุณภาพ และการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ตามระบบมาตรฐานสากลในองค์กร ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015
คุณสมบัติ
- Education Background : ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- Year of Experiences : 10 ปี
- Special Requirement : สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ มีบุคลิกดีมีความเป็นผู้นำสูงและมีทัศนคติที่ดี
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
