Construction Project Manager

- Site coordination with client , building and all suppliers
- Clear design issue with in-house designer
- Solve site problems
- Manage construction schedule
- Control workmanship and quality
- Handover site to client
- Prepare BOQ
- Minimum 5 years experience in interior fit-out , M&E high-rise building office renovation
- Good in using MS. Office, be able to do BOQ
- Knowledge of English
- Can work on Saturday & Sunday (Flexible)
- Punctual & Responsible
- Can work under pressure and tight schedule
- Bachelor's degree
- Age not over 35 years

- 5 years
