Job Detail:

- Provide legal assistance and advice to the business and operational units across a variety of legal matters; e.g. technical regulations, advertising, tax, customs, HR.

- Draft, review, negotiate and manage all types of legal documents including group and non-group agreements, commercial agreements, property agreements, and legal binding documents.

- Optimize legal and business security/compliance: corporate documents, legal compliance documentation, preliminary authorization, compulsory standards, insurance policy.

- Manage and review legal matters handled by external counsels; i.e. litigation cases (pre- litigation, trial and/or transaction) and other legal issues.

- Increase business and operational units awareness of legal exposure through legal training and circulate documents/email.

Qualifications:

1. Male-Female

2. Age 28-40 years old

3. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Laws

4. Experience 4-5 years in Legal and must have certificate litigation 

5. Excellent knowledge of Legal function (technical regulations, advertising, tax, customer, HR)

6. Good relationship with team

7. Good command of English and Excel
