หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• วางแผนการขาย แสวงหาและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้ารายใหม่ รวมทั้งขยายการให้บริการแก่ลูกค้า เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายตามเป้าหมายที่ได้รับ
• ติดต่อสื่อสารและพบปะลูกค้าเพื่อรับฟังความต้องการ ปัญหาและข้อคิดเห็นเพื่อนำเสนอการบริการ และเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพบริการ รวมทั้งประสานงานกับส่วนงานอื่นในบริษัทฯ เพื่อปรับปรุงและแก้ไขปัญหาการบริการ
• วิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานพบปะลูกค้า รายงานการขาย และการให้บริการลูกค้า
• ร่วมมือกับพนักงานสนับสนุนการขาย ในการติดต่อสื่อสารกับสาขาในต่างประเทศ
• จัดทำข้อเสนอด้านราคาค่าบริการ และแนวปฏิบัติขั้นตอนการให้บริการลูกค้า ฯลฯ

Qualifications & Skills Required  

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields, logistics study or working experience are advantages
• Have experience minimum 1-3 year experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Fields.
• Good command in English Communication (Correspondence, Oral and Reading).
• Initiative, goal-oriented, self –motivated, teamwork spirit, strong service mind, good communication skills and able to work extra hours.
• Have knowledge in Customs Process and paperless System is preferable.
• Ability to work well under pressure and time constraint.
• Computer Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
