Presales engineer works in tandem with a sales rep to sell a company's products, services, and solutions. PE are needed when what is being sold is somewhat complex or very technical. The PE then, is essentially the solution expert.

• Provide technical and operational support to ensure that client support expectations are met through second level problem determination and resolution efforts.
• Respond to customer concerns via telephone, e-mail, remote desktop or on-site support.
• Support sales team to approach product to customer with product demonstration and technical advice.
• Provide solution, configure and complies spec for projects.

• Male or Female, age between 21-35 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer or related field.
• Experience between 0-3 years and/or new graduated is also welcome.
• Knowledge in hardware, network, OS (Windows, Windows Server, Linux), firewall is mandatory.
• Knowledge/Experience installs and configures computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and Solve technical problems.
• Experience in Presales, IT Engineer, IT Support, Call Center or other related fields will be advantage.
• Experience in IT Security, Antivirus will be advantage.
• Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution (troubleshooting).
• Have negotiation skill, communication skill, serviced mind, initiative and logical thinking.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
