Field Force Effectiveness Senior Manager APAC & MEA
atElectrolux Thailand Co., Ltd.This role is based in Thailand. As Field Force Effectiveness Manager, you will be fully responsible to set the regional strategy and guidelines for field force management and lead the teams to implement and evaluate the success. You will achieve this with close cooperation and alignment with teams in 15 territories spread across APAC & MEA. This role reports to Retail & Shopper Marketing Director APAC& MEA (also based in Thailand)
A Typical Day
Define the Field Force profile, recruitment criteria & process to ensure we hire the right people to deliver on our business goals.
Review and update the Promoters, Visual Merchandisers, Supervisors job description reflecting all company needs concerning in-store presence (sell out, merchandising, competition sensing, reporting, etc.);
Introduce and manage motivation/ incentive schemes supporting achieving country business goals and ensuring high retention levels;
Develop a new promoter onboarding process and its implementation for all newcomers
Ensure continuous learning and development through alignment with the Training lead on identifying needs, implementing appropriate training plans, and measuring the effectiveness.
CONTROL, OPTIMIZATION, REPORTING
Work with regional lead & teams to drive best-practices in Field Force Management Excellence - demonstrate stepwise improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of regional sales resources
Conduct Manpower planning annually, monthly, and quarterly using datasets and detailed analysis of the store potential and ROI (return on investment), etc.
Qualitative reporting, data reliability, and efficient communication tools are important enablers of driving productivity. Therefore, you will be responsible for managing reporting & communication tools i.e. promoter application;
Conduct regular performance and root causes analysis (sell out, ROI), report those to all relevant stakeholders, and drive improvement actions. This includes qualitative checks i.e.: mystery shopper researches to drive, next to sales results, best in class consumer experience in stores
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Develop and refresh documentation, checklists, and materials that the field force can use to enhance the sales success rate.
Setting guidelines and evaluating the manpower agencies against an effective operational scorecard.
Sales Incentives – Develop, upgrade and actively manage downstream adoption of Incentives principles by countries and support countries in closing gaps
Actively work with BI (Business Intelligence) to manage the current Dashboard, related internal process
, and regions
Monitor country performance against agreed KPIs, and work with countries and the Region to identify opportunities for improvement
Support the regional team in the preparation and presentation of KPIs to the region and country leadership
Who You Are
For you to succeed in this role, you should be:
You should have a degree in marketing, business, human resources, or related field;
Fluent in English (oral and written)
At least 7 years of experience in Field Force Management, Retail marketing, Retail business management or Trade Marketing with HR Management knowledge is a plus
Experience within a data-driven organization or role
Results-driven- Maximizing sales, bringing efficiencies, and hitting KPIs are in your DNA
Analytical- With an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data, you can also translate this into meaningful, useful information that informs decision-making and continuous improvement;
Team player- In this role, cross-functional collaboration is everything, so you should be comfortable in dealing with people with different backgrounds and responsibilities;
