Assistant Department Manager - Human Resource Mgmt. is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and coordinating all aspects of HRM projects, initiatives and activities, including Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Payroll, HRIS, Corp. Culture, Talent Mgmt. and Succession Planning.

He or she also needs to be a solution provider to Top Mgmt. and Line Mgt. on all HRM related matters and always play the role of HR as a Strategic Business Partner.


Responsibilities

  • Compensation and Benefits Planning and Strategy
  • Develop and implement HRM project, strategies and initiatives that align with the Corp. business strategy
  • Provide top Mgmt.& Line Managers with professional consultation on key HRM issues.
  • Work closely with Line Managers as an internal consultant and specialist on HRM issues.
  • Analyze Human Capital data that are critical to business strategy and present to Top Mgmt
  • Supervise and control payroll functions including systems, procedure & process improvement
  • Managing employee performance evaluation for salary adjustments and send report of evaluation result for approval.
  • Manage HRIS system
  • Manage all Employee relations issues
  • Drive & evaluate all Employee Activities that could strengthen Employee Engagement
  • Play the leading role in driving corporate culture
  • Develop and facilitate programs & activities that build corporate culture
  • Design tools and monitor measuring system to evaluate the awareness and sustainability of corporate culture

Qualifications

  • TOEIC score of at least 600
  • Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Political Science or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in HRM, including Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits
  • Expert in Ms Office, especially Excel
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS system & Employee database
