Job Position: System Analyst

As a System Analyst, you will be the one who is in charge of designing, transforming, modifying

and evaluating different systems to ensure compatibility, users’ efficiency and effectiveness. Moreover, you also turn user requirements into a set of functional specifications that suit our product solutions. You will also be a person who is accountable and responsible for the full life cycle of development to be able to deploy and deliver the completed product to the customer and ensure that the delivered package will meet the requirement and commitment timeline.

You’ll work with our customer who is a Top 5 financial institution of Thailand and leverage a real-time Enterprise Fraud Solution platform which is the best in class in machine learning technique which is recognized in Gartner Market Guide for Online Fraud detection.

Responsibilities:

• This is a customer-facing role, you will works directly with the customer and delivery team to fully understand the business and deliver the solutions that are fit for purpose including support the customer and relevant technical stakeholders to integrate to our suite of products
• Support the customer and their relevant technical team to integrate to our suite of products, designing and setting up their accounts, providing technical guidance, as well as assistance in troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
• Analyse and Designs a new IT solutions or systems, modify, enhance, or adapt existing system and integrate new feature or improvement including Design a data mapping between desired source into destination system
• Defines the finalised scope and manage the project right though completion and post live monitoring, following clear and well-maintained project plans.
• Implement, configure, and test feasible solutions.
• Create the following documentation: Requirements documents, Feasibility studies, Design specifications, Flowcharts and diagrams, sign off document, Training documents, Deployment documents
• Review product quality and fix problem to control the operation and troubleshoot the technical issues
• Deploying new system as well as maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
• Prepare and Test system by executing system integration testing (SIT) in both functional and nonfunctional and verify / inspect software applications to meet the quality standard.
• Plan the schedule of the development task and manage to meet within the timeline.
• Produce status reports on assigned tasks to keep management appraised of development activities, issues, etc.
• Ensure that the production support handover is taken in place.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field
• 5 Year+ experience in system analyst roles
• Experiences knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages and systems integration especially ETL and middleware programming such as RH Fuse
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suitable solution for clients.
• Experiences working on integration projects with multiple stakeholders and organizations
• Experienced in core banking system‘s datasource attributes and use cases
• Have a good knowledge of Software testing and software development life cycle
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Experience developing and deploying the enterprise solutions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Familiar with Open Source tools and microservices architecture design such as nginx, kafka, elastic search, MongoDB
• Understand Fraud Industry (Preferable)
• Very good communicating in English
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Able for traveling to the customer’s site if require or flexible for relocation depending on the customer project based
