• Prepare detailed technical specification from function specification
• Review technical specifications of peers
• Provide guidance on coding standards
• Perform incident / problem resolution
• Prepare deployment package for SIT, UAT and production
• Prepare application production support
• Develop interim and long term solutions for defect fixes as well as enhancements of applications for Urs
• Develop SIT and unit test cases for in-scope existing applications to ensure specifications are met
• Bug fixing of SIT and UAT defects
• Support the development of fixes across environment
• Provide application production support

• At least 3 years of professional experience in JAVA programming with Spring Boot, Spring, Struts, Hibernate and etc. frameworks
• Experience in PHP programming can be considered
• Experience in Crystal Report Tool is a plus
• Strong experience in Banking / Financial industry
• Working knowledge of Agile development methodology especially SCRUM
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and interdependently to resolve complex issues in a timely manner
• Effective negotiator with excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• At least intermediate level of English communication
