Responsibilities

1. Project Management

   • Prioritize projects base on all requests submitted by end-users
   • Manage cross functional I.T. projects (e.g. acquisitions, system upgrades/implementations) as required
   • Manage sponsor, stakeholder and team expectations throughout the project.
   • Define project scope, develop project plan and schedule.
   • Determine project team structure, roles and responsibilities
   • Lead the execution of all project milestones & deliverables
   • Monitor project progress to ensure the project stays on schedule, cost, scope and quality
   • Communicate project status to management, project sponsor and all stakeholders regularly
   • Report Key Performance Indicators (during project execution and post release)
   • Manage risks and issues, plan & execute appropriate mitigation plans

2. Documentation

   • Write Project Charters
   • Develop detailed project plans

3. Quality

   • Work with Application/QA Manager to setup policies that strive for quality
   • Work with Application/QA Manager to setup matrices to measure the quality of work
   • Report Key Performance Indicators (during project execution and post release)

4. Customer Satisfaction

   • View end users as a partnership
   • Drive on time delivery to meet OCD (Original Commit Date)
   • Drive toward zero defect release

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years in project management , preferably in a multinational company
• Demonstrate an ability to lead a medium to large size project to its on time and successful release
• Have worked in a manufacturing and/or in a semiconductor business is a plus
• Fully understand software programming as well as software life cycle is a must
• Demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure with tight deadline
• The ability to work well with both technical and non-technical people
• Possess an ability to summarize a technical topic and communicate to none technical people and vice versa
• Is self-motivated, analytical, frugal, and a team player
• Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must
• Demonstrate an ability to solve the problem, decision making, and escalation if necessary
