YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and build strategic Key Opinion Leader partnership
Leverage key opinion leader network, educational activity, and speaker development priorities to develop program opportunities highlight relevant disease state information and management
Provide and discuss scientific information and data to healthcare professionals to ensure quality and accuracy of medical and scientific information on new treatment options including Bayer products and selected areas of therapeutic interest.
Synthesize the technical data and information from medical community, various Bayer departments and a competitive marketplace and develop logical creative approach to meet the customer's needs
Provide internal support and training to field sales and other cross-functional groups
Review current scientific literature, participates in corporate training programs and academic preceptorship while focusing on a customized development plan to meet individual's specific needs focusing primarily on the clinical application of state-of-the-art product research
Support the overall local Phase IV and investigators initiated clinical study
Provide the timely activity and insight reports
WHO YOU ARE
MD, PhD, PharmD or Master's degree in life sciences with solid medical/technical background and proven competencies influencing skills, clinical research insight, business and market knowledge.
Preferred: 3 years or longer experiences in research and development in the pharmaceutical industry (Medical Affairs, Clinical Operation, Project Management)

Excellent command of written and spoken English
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
