Key Responsibility

• Lead a team of native developer both front end and back end
• Partner with the stakeholders to design solutions based upon ideas and high-level specifications into new or enhanced application
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance ensuring all development standards and practices are adhered to
• Ensure continuous improvement in development processes, standards and quality
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to develop multi generation software technology plans
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as architecture, backend integration, visual design, UX teams, QA, etc.
• Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
• Other assignments as deem appropriate

Qualifications

• Experience in building systems using PHP, NodeJS, Web and Native App, etc.
• Excellent technical knowledge of software development and architecture.
• Passion for building beautiful, dynamic, data-driven eCommerce platforms.
• Experience driving and retaining a high performance team.
• Experience building integrations with 3rd party REST API providers that can span multiple code sets, fail gracefully, and be highly extensible.
• Experience with Full Stack Development and OOP/MVC design patterns/principles.
• Proficient in all aspects of CD/CI, Dev/Ops tooling for build, configuration and deployment
