Key Responsibility

• Overall leader of sales planning, business intelligence, and PMO as well as be a key stakeholder to represent O2O team
• Responsible for clear strategic view of business and translate into operational and financial insight
• Formulate business long-term strategic plan and provide analysis and recommendation to respective departments
• Develop simple and strategic process to drive great value of business
• Anticipate risk scenarios, develop suitable risk management strategies, and establish mitigation measures
• Proactively improve business overall performance through resource allocation, resource productivity, and risk control measure
• Conduct business performance and competitive analyses, generate reports and provide recommendations to leadership team in order to drive large and complex projects and initiatives as well as enable performance improvement across the business
• Work closely with other team in O2O to ensure sustainable business growth
• Other assignments as deemed appropriate
