Key Responsibility

• Define the Lotus's Risk Management Policies and Frameworks aligned with CP Group and appropriate with Lotus's business and propose endorsement by Authorized Committees
• Lead the team to perform the monitoring and review of Lotus's process and operations, including financial process, working process and documentation in order to ensure the accuracy, transparency and comply with the identified policies and frameworks
• Work with the business as supportive with ability to add value to ensure that the key risks in each business unit are understood, the key developments and change projects are monitored, and audit issues are addressed in a timely and effective way
• Prepare and present the regular progress updates for Authorized Committees reporting (e.g Audit Committee)
• Facilitate workshops to drive follow up/conclusion of agreed actions arising from audits
• Continually looking for ways to improve the audit function and to deliver sustainable improvements to the Lotus's and function
• Working collaboratively with external auditors and CP Group Auditor to understand the implications of external factors on Lotus given increasing regulation

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of significant internal or external audit experience including forensic auditing
• Experience of working in retail sector
• Understanding of governance and compliance processes in large and complex organizations
• Experience in Auditor Leadership role
• CIA Certification or other Accounting Certification will be a plus
• Business acumen
• Project management skills
• Ability to identify creative and pragmatic solutions
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
• Accuracy and thoroughness
