Key Responsibility

• Facilitate improvement of IT service for O2O business through the development and implementation of necessary action plans
• Work closely with O2O Team to assess their technological support and security needs
• Conduct IT risk analysis, carry out tests, and troubleshooting to identify current risk level and develop an action plan for minimizing risk to an acceptable level
• Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of information database to ensure preservation of assets and recovery of information in event of a malfunction
• Design projects and offer technologically innovative solutions that meet business needs while remaining cost effective
• Oversee the hiring/training of IT service personnel who operate and administer information and network system in order to provide the best service to support O2O Business
• Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
• Other assignments as deem appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer related discipline such as computer science, information technology, information science, or related field
• Prior experience in the field of information technology
• Experience of managing and developing staff.
• Knowledge of using techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects and programs, including risk, change and quality management
• Good understanding of customer needs, being data-driven and formulating user stories
• Great ability to team with Senior Leadership, Business Owners, Tech Teams and Partners
• Strong in Agile process and good stakeholder management
• Experience driving and retaining a high-performance teams
