Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for maintaining day-to-day administrative to meet business unit requirements
• Prepare related documents and reports as needed
• Manage agendas and arrange appointments
• Follow up on assignments and projects
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Newly graduated are also welcome
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skill
• Ability to work under pressure and meet organization deadlines
• Multi-tasking and good problem solving skills
• Strong in Microsoft office skills
• Good English skills
• A can-do attitude
• Happy to work on weekend (Tuesday - Saturday)
