Key Responsibility

• Identify future fashion trends and provide the buyers with clear direction on trends, styling and color palettes, so that the buyers can develop ranges to meet the customers needs.
• Supporting the category strategy review process and strategic change programme then translating this into clear plans for my team to drive the ranging /design briefing processes
• Reviewing customer requirements and competitor insight, ensuring my team incorporate them when shaping the design plan (incl. seasonal must haves) to create awareness of emerging trends and key color
• Working with the buying, IS, quality and merchandising teams, delivering together the category strategy and KPIs
• Signing off category range/ design briefings whilst supporting achievement of good/ better/ best price architecture
• Supporting the range change process and post launch review, implementing actions for future design changes
• Supports category team to deliver service and / or manage other resources to deliver service using analysis and judgement.
• Supporting as a stylist for photo shooting for O2O / POS and produce products catalog for new business channel e.g. B2B
• Provide products content on online and play a big role in FB page administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (Clothing), Fashion design or any related fields
• Experience in fashion business
• Understanding of fashion trends and garment construction
• Understanding of global clothing markets
