Position: School Shop Officer Department: Communications & Vendor Section: Communication & Development Report to: Assistant School Manager via Purchasing Supervisor

OBJECTIVES OF POSITION:

Following the dynamic growth of our school and with more than 1200 students enrolled, Bangkok Prep is now seeking for a dedicated School Shop officer to be responsible for both shops on the Primary and Secondary Campuses.

The School Shop Officer will be based at the Primary School Shop on the Primary Campus, working in a dynamic setting that will be responsible in implementing an effective system for daily sales and management, stock control and financial accountability. The School Shop Manager will make sure that both shops are running smoothly with supervision and advice available to the other shopkeeper on the Secondary Campus, while maintaining effective, positive contact with students, parents and suppliers and making sure that all the customers in the shop feel most welcome in the school and receive excellent customer service.

Primary School Campus: Sukhumvit 53 (Thonglor BTS skytrain) Secondary School Campus: Sukhumvit 77 (On Nut1/1)

• ดูแลรับผิดชอบเรื่องงานขายยูนิฟอร์มที่ Campus 53
• รวบรวมบิล และสรุปการขายประจำวัน
• ส่งบิล และเงินที่ขายให้กับแคชเชียร์ในวันรุ่งขึ้นก่อน 9.30 น.
• จัดเรียงสินค้าให้เป็นหมวดหมู่ เติมสินค้าให้เต็ม และดูแลความเรียบร้อยใน School shop
• เช็คสต๊อกยูนิฟอร์ม และจัดทำรายงานสต๊อกคงเหลือทุกสิ้นเดือน แล้วจัดส่งให้แผนกจัดซื้อเพื่อจะได้สั่งสินค้าได้ทันเวลา ดูแลไม่ให้สินค้าขาดสต๊อกหรือมีมากเกินไป
• สรุปยอดขายของสินค้าราย item ทุกเดือนแล้วส่งให้แผนกจัดซื้อ เพื่อเป็นฐานข้อมูลไว้กำหนด PAR Stock (Max-Min) และเพื่อทราบความเคลื่อนไหวของสินค้าแต่ละชิ้น

• สามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม POS (โปรแกรมขายของในร้าน) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าดี มีไหวพริบ
• บุคลิกดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส รักงานบริการ
• ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายเสื้อผ้า
• มีความซื่อสัตย์ และละเอียดรอบคอบ
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Excel หรือ Word ได้
