What's your role in the team?

• Help formulate Pomelo's strategy to become the leading omnichannel fashion platform in the
  world
• Work scope is comprehensive and includes commercial and operational strategy, sustainability
  strategy, organizational structure, people strategy
• Create strategic alignment between different teams through meetings, presentations, and 1 on 1 conversation
• Conduct customer and market research as well as analyze internal and external data to determine which strategy is right
• Translate the strategy into strategic priorities and into a comprehensive strategic plan working closely with various stakeholders.
• Project manage the roll-out of the strategic plan.
• Monitor the execution of the strategic plan.
• Spearhead the launch of new business opportunities.

In this job you will do the following:

• Work directly with CEO
• Have a birds-eye view of everything that goes on at Pomelo
• Be included in the most important decisions for the Company
• Understand how key trends are shaping the world of fashion, retail, and technology

Who are we looking for?

• MBA from a reputable university with a management consulting background is a must
• Relevant corporate or operational experience in areas of technology, retail, or e-commerce preferred
• Strong corporate finance and financial modeling skills
• Ability to work independently, Self-motivated, and excellence-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English is required
