Responsibilities

Oversee digital presentation of all product by merchandising, analyzing, and optimizing a seamless customer experience to achieve business goals.

Primary point of contact for integration with Fulfillment, Merchandising & Operations to ensure a smooth 'hand-off' of online shoppers to fulfillment

Support promotional set up for Ecommerce channel, pricing discounts liaises with Finance on impact to P&L

Manage, organize, create, and repair all product data for all SKUs.

Create import/export workflow with operation team and identify new processes and ways to drive team efficiencies.

Strategize new ways of executing category offers, cross-sell and up-sell strategies to maximize successful KPIs.

Take ownership of new initiatives to improve user experience on website.

Qualifications

Bachelor in any related field.

1-4 years of experience as Merchandiser.

Experienced of working with a Warehouse Management System, process improvement and process training.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and an ability to interact with people across all levels of an organization

Experience in using Excel and Powerpoint

English Required
