What's your role in the team?

Pomelo CEO Office Program is a leadership development program that offers you a distinguished experience that will accelerate your management career and empower you as a leader. In this 12-month program, you will be a member of Strategy House, running your own initiatives of high visibility projects across business functions which gives a deep dive into a Fashion-Tech company. Your journey will consist of exclusive mentorship from Pomelo co-founders & the C-level executives and collaboration with passionate and fun colleagues. Altogether, you will gain high-impact learning that is applicable to the rest of your leadership career.

• You will be a part of the CEO's office, given real responsibility of strategy & execution to drive Pomelo's business direction. You will have full ownership on a regional scale to take initiative and create an impact for different business units across Pomelo Headquater and regional offices.
• You will work directly with the C-Suites to get full insights into the Pomelo ecosystem from the core of our business to an in-depth understanding of all units, as well as every ingredient it takes to be a great leader in a dynamic environment.
• You will collaborate with Pomelo's fun-loving and enthusiastic teams who are always curious and ready to break the boundaries of fashion and technology with creativity and innovation. Along the way, you will be on the fast track to your leadership career while expanding your expertise in the e-commerce and fashion-tech industry.
• You will receive exclusive coaching designed to prepare you for real leadership challenges and projects. The intensive series of masterclasses taught by Pomelo C-level leaders will provide not only power skills to specific areas of the industry but also the profound fundamentals of leadership.
• You will get special exposure to various industry experts, which will enhance your learning by broadening your horizon.
• You will have a chance to visit Pomelo Office locations across the Southeast Asia region to get hands-on experience in growing a business.
• You will have a supporting system of talented mentors and supportive buddies which ensures you're welcomed, equipped, and supported in both professional and personal aspirations.

Who are we looking for?

• A business-oriented mind with a passion for fashion and technology who is ambitious to scale up their leadership role in the fashion-tech industry
• An innovator with a renowned bachelor's or master's degree & 2-3 years of prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, technology, banking, or related field.
• A go-getter who's eager to strive and create an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
