Monitoring customers' credit limits and establishing/ updating internal and external credit limits. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Credit Control Department Manage, train, up-skill, motivate, retain and recruit staff

• Being responsible for the management of accounts receivable, bills and collections.
• Providing solutions for collection problems by coordinating and following up with related departments.
• Preparing accounts receivable reports as assigned by the General Manager -Finance.
• Coordinating with related departments to follow up collections, and prepare and send monthly statements to minimize overdue/day sales outstanding (DSO).
• Working closely with related departments to clear and offset chargebacks for all customers.
• Being responsible for credit note issuing processes.
• Handling doubtful debt including bad debt reserve set-up and write-offs, and coordinating with a lawyer for court cases.
• Review customer profiles to ensure terms & credit limits are properly assigned to promote company's sales.
• Provide the financial comments to support the business team for contract renewal/ or new opportunities.
• Perform other tasks or initiatives as directed by Line Manager.

• Bachelor Degree – Business Administration – Accounting (Preferable)
• Experience in Position – 10 years
• Good command of English
