Job Description
Commercial Manager: Non-Bank Partnership & Lifestyle Deals
The candidate will work within a fast paced, fun and collaborative team, managing simultaneous partner campaign delivery, delivering against a multi-million revenue stream, and ensuring a high standard and ad-hoc of campaign management. Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative as well as the ability to work closely with partners and take ownership for projects.
Responsibilities:
Non-Bank Partnership
- Manage retails and bank partners to achieve the company's targets.
- Acquire new business for point issuing partners to make the differentiated in the market.
- Develop and oversee delivery of marketing campaigns to deliver measurable commercial benefits to the clients.
- Develop new business revenue generating opportunities.
- Develop and Implement partner promotion campaigns e.g. point conversion, point lucky draw, point code
- Build and maintain close working relationships with key business partners to ensure programs and processes are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Do pre/post campaign analysis.
- Manage and follow up all marketing document i.e. promotion agreement and all related documents.
- Monitor and evaluate promotion campaigns to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Forecast and deliver sales revenue to meet company's targets.
- Work with internal and partners to develop promotion materials and ensure all the tasks are executed seamlessly, on-time and comply with corporate identity.
- Maintain accountability for the quality, creativity and adherence to budgets and timelines for all campaign elements – from strategy through execution.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with representatives of internal departments, collaborating to ensure correct understanding of project requirements and that all deadlines can be met.
- Provide professional and responsive support to other relevant units.
Lifestyle Deals
- Coordinate well with partners and aggregators on vendor registration, purchasing process, and payment process.
- Manage and control voucher inventory to keep the products available all year round.
- Perform on point redemption performance and points top up on deals redemption products.
- Be able to manage well on budget effectively and efficiently to achieve target.
- Support airasia, internal department, and partners in any cases relate to voucher usage from the members.
- Acquire new partners and aggregators to bring a variety of vouchers that meet members' demands.
- Support superior for important data, any deck presentation required related to the line of business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in business or marketing preferred
- At least 3-year experiences in marketing and program development preferred from FMCG, Retails, Lifestyle & E-Commerce and new business development background
- Able to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Commercially-savvy, proactive and with a positive attitude
- Able to overcome obstacles to execute flawlessly
- A strong personal driven with attention to detail and drive to make things happen, results oriented
- Experienced in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns
- Innovative and fresh thinking with a passion for solving problems and an ability to inspire others with your ideas
- Ability to deliver results under tight timelines and in high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills both of Thai and English
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
