Roles & Responses

1. Operate Fixed Broadband Access Network in Bangkok
2nd tier support all regions to analyze and find out solution to fix problem
Technical meeting and follow up with vendor (3rd parties) for long term solution
Joint testing new equipment and evaluate in operation part
On-site support at AIS site base or Customer's house to analysis and find out solution to fix problem
To provide special internet support for internal/external activities

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Networking, IT or related
Experience 3-5 years in Broadband network, ISP, Networking
Knowledge in OLT, DSLAM, Router Wifi
Other knowledge of Netgain, Package sniffer, Mikrotik router
