Job Description
Proactively collaborate with business users to consult new service or technical service solutions with IT & vendors based on requirements & Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Initiate business model and kick-start new solutions utilizing customer technology to enhance contact center efficiency both frontline and back-office operations.
Be the subject matter expert to envision business needs of internal customers & grow SMM technology as a service for operations or process transformation.
Communicate business needs to vendors, IT & SCRUM room to ensure actionable solutions for testability and impact analysis assessment for project priority alignment.
Execute use case scenario preparation, UAT, project deployment plan communication, post-production monitoring, E2E incident escalation, and report problem solved.
Contribute to continuous improvement, analyze current technology trend, understand as-is process, define to-be solutions, develop actionable deliverables and performance analysis reports.
Act as a subject matter expert to exchange and share basic tool knowledge or troubleshooting guidelines tailored to specific audiences.
Organize vendors to share product roadmap or new product & service capabilities to business & IT users.
