Bangkok Job Summary
Job Responsibility- Analyze enterprise customers churn behavior to support business decisions of strategic & planning to prevent, reduce churn rate.
- Analysis of existing data and provide In-depth analysis reports of customer data and customer profile in term of churn behavior to support business decision and strategy.
- Identify and classify areas of valuable customer for prevention/protection subs/revenue loss.
- Leverage customer data for in-depth understanding on enterprise churn behavior for mobile and non-mobile.
- Identify the root cause of churn and recommend solution to solve customers' pain point.
- Analyzing Customer Usage and ARPU of Mobile and non Mobile and also reported by segment, region, industry and channel.
- Working experience more than 8 Years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Com Science-Applied Math, Stats, MBA and Marketing or related field.
- Expert in Excel, Power BI, or another analytic tools
- English communication would be advantage
