Get to know the Role:
This is an exciting role within the Talent Acquisition function, responsible for supporting hiring talents to drive the rapid growth of Grab. You are expected to deliver a high quality Talent Acquisition partnership to the Grab Businesses, Financial Group and Corporate Functions of Grab in Thailand.
This role reports into the Head of People Operations, Thailand with close partnership with the Regional TA team.
The day-to-day activities:
- Partner with hiring managers and senior management to identify manpower requirements, planning and budgeting.
- Take ownership and execute full-cycle recruitment, selection and onboarding processes through multiple sourcing channels and utilizing various tools to attract talented candidates.
- Manage the top of the funnel recruitment process (talent sourcing, resume reviews, screening, scheduling) to ensure a continued pipeline of qualified candidates
- Provide advisory on job descriptions and competency-based interview questions that reflect each position's requirements and take accountability in interview evaluation feedback.
- Partner closely with Regional TA Leads and Functional TA PICs to manage end to end recruitment process and hiring reporting.
- Establish, maintain, monitor and build excellent working relationships with every function within Pops and ensure Talent Acquisition is adding value and informing their decisions.
- Support and partner TA team and Pops members in the country to ensure successful and seamless onboarding of new Grabbers.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key sponsors, managers and internal departments, working as a seamless part of the HR operation.
- Provide talent advisory and thought leadership.
Requirements
- You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
- Passionate about helping people develop their careers and helping Grab hire future leaders
- A bachelor Degree holder with 5 to 8 years+ work experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition VUCA environment
- Professional working proficiency in English and Thai
- A self-starter and strong individual contributor, while being able to function effectively in a team environment
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple stakeholders and ensure prompt response and action to tasks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an effective attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations, and to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and client service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite and recruiting ATS systems
