Get to know the role:

• Join Grab operations team with top-tier performers in formulating and leading strategic 'A-list' Operations, Strategy and Public Affairs projects.
• Work closely with the senior management from all functions to bridge strategy with business direction.
• Support the development of long-term Grab strategy focusing on high level policy related matters.

Day-to-day activity:

• Collaborate with the internal team to define, prioritize, and develop projects on an ambitious strategy.
• Plan project management, including prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Oversee the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
• Attend key government meetings and events to help the team achieve our goals.
• Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work.

The Must Haves:

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting/strategy roles.
• Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of managing strategic projects with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel is required as well as fluency in English
• Outstanding stakeholder management, people, and communication skills
