Design and develop partnership model between Grab Financial Group and potential partners, allowing both parties to benefit.
Special projects - New products.
Develop of Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Product launch planning.
Conduct series of analyses on market landscape, learnings from best practices for similar product launches in other markets to gain insights.
Design GTM approach for grab, which fits product value propositions and target groups including marketing campaign, key communication/distribution channel, incentives design, etc.
Manage launch progress and synchronize stakeholders across workstream e.g. product development, marketing, business & partnership development.
The Day-to-Day Activities You are responsible for conducting market research, business analysis, tracking and compiling industry trends for high impact strategic topics.
You are accountable for the support planning & analysis of high impact strategic initiatives: e.g. providing a fact base, structuring and helping with issue identification and solutions, advising on the practicalities of implementation.
You will support Head of Strategy (TH) in being a sounding board for the strategic decisions of senior management staff including Country Head and Vertical Heads.
You will lead strategic discussions with external partners.

You have a strong academic track record and/or have at least 2-3 years' experience at top-tier strategy or management consultancy firm.
You are intellectually curious, highly analytical and able to problem solve, think & debate strategically.
You have experience in a quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses results to a wide range of audiences and translate these into actionable business insights.
You have experience in communicating high-level strategy details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organizations, including senior leadership.
You are results-oriented, impact-focused and can thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
You are adept at managing complex processes and navigating through ambiguous and quick turn-around situations.
