Our team is called Demand Planning, which is the demand growth engine for Grab. New Business and Innovation is one of the key focuses of the team. We contribute toward Grab's vision of being Southeast Asia's superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Thailand. We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision of serving our community.

Get to know the Role :
The New Business and Innovation Team is responsible for building new businesses. We focus on developing new sustainable and scalable services to enhance the Grab ecosystem and its vision of being the everyday superapp for everyone.

The day-to-day activities :

Product launch:

• Monitor and ensure that project deliverables are on track according to established plan
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders both external partners and internal teams to ensure that the product launch process is seamless, timely and efficient
• Become the main point of contact for external partners
• Document and follow up important actions and decisions from meetings

• Hustle and problem solve in the face of ambiguity; prioritize and re-prioritize quickly and effectively
  

Business operations:

• Assist in developing project strategies through providing market research and target user analysis
• Ensure that any daily operational tasks of the project are correct and smooth
• Responsible for all project documents and provide administrative support as needed
• Assess risks and issues once the product has been launched and provide solutions where applicable

• Collect additional technical requirements for product improvements from external partners if applicable
  

The must haves :

• Bachelor's degree or above in any related field
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in. Fresh grads are also welcome to apply
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Have passion for Tech industry
• Comfortable to start with a temporary contract first
