Get to Know The Role:
As a Privacy Project Executive, you will be supporting the Privacy Office in the management of our day to day operations.
The day-to-day activities:
The day-to-day activities:
- Provide and support management updates, communications & engagement activities
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed through
- Create and maintain dashboards
- Lead, manage and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and other supporting units to deliver results
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure developed systems satisfy functional needs of stakeholders
- Report project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
- Maintain data inventory maps, SOPs and Privacy Notices
- Interpret and translate assigned documents from English to Thai, and vice versa.
- Support project expense tracking and budget planning
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
The must haves:
- Independent, organized, resourceful and result-oriented
- Possess analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on individual, ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Google suite applications
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
- Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in admin & project management
