Get to know the Role:

GrabMart is a newly launched service by Grab as part of vision to become everyday super app. GrabMart is a "Quick Commerce" that focuses specifically on delivering instant goods from our established partners and merchants.
For this role in particular, you will be part of an energetic team in driving key initiatives to build and grow business from the ground up.

The day-to-day activities:

• Supporting role on P&L management, platform optimization and growth in non-BKK cities

• Come up with new growth initiatives to drive business with measurable result

• Drive new strategic projects to grow business revenue

• Monitor business performance and make recommendations where relevant

• Work closely across internal team and other business units to achieve mutual company goal
  

The must haves:

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields with a strong academic track record

• At least 1-3 years experience in related role. Consulting or E-commerce background are preferred.

• Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment

• Great communication skill in both Thai and English

• Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with SQL/R/Python is a plus

• Able to think and execute logically and strategically

• See problems as a challenges to overcome
