Get to know the Team:

Country Strategy & Special Projects team is a crucial function of Grab Thailand to formulate country strategies and drive strategic initiatives from planning to execution. This role is a combination of strategic thinking, cross-functional project and strategic partnership management to drive Grab

forward.

Get to know the Role:

• Manages high-impact project(s) with direct contact to senior executives in the organization
• Coordinate Country strategic planning/budgeting, strategy consolidation, and OKR monitoring
• Provides analytical/critical thinking support to business teams
• Manages internal and external management presentations/reports

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Formulate a strategic framework to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, and make recommendations
• Manages strategic initiatives from upstream to downstream
• Prepares management reports
• Assess and make recommendations on cross-functional opportunity, areas of improvement/ optimization, including any adhoc request from Thailand Country Head
• Periodically conduct analysis and research with respect to market dynamics

The Must Haves:

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record
• Minimum 3+ years of work experience in consulting/strategy roles
• Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of managing strategic projects with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with SQL/R/Python is a plus
• Excellent communication in English
