Global Command Center Specialist (Night Shift)
ที่บริษัท เอ็กซอนโมบิล จำกัด- Follow up/ Process all the critical and urgent invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Business client, Procurement, Warehouse, Enablement Support Team and vendor to resolve payment issues
- Process and Troubleshoot invoices to ensure the efficiency of handling ExxonMobil's clients and vendors
- Review root cause analysis and develop training package to be delivered to clients
- Provide training to both Invoice Processors and business clients on payment processes
- Proactively contact clients to resolve the invoice issues
- Monitor open invoice workflows and address aged items promptly
- Issue return to vendor letters/emails for Downstream operations
- Notify and follow up with US clients for renewal of expired blanket approval
- Ensure compliance with the company's Delegation of Authority Guide (DOAG), System of Management control (red book), CIMS guideline and Payables Handbook (PHB)
- Ensure safe work environment and the proper Ergonomic.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Strong academic background
- Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
- Able to work night shift (4pm – 1am)
