The Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst will form part of the Project Management Office and directly report to the Program Manager. The PMO Analyst will be involved in several functional aspects of the new reservation, B2B and finance system integration project such as tracking/reporting, assurance/quality control, information management, financial tracking, risk/issue tracking, change control, support and knowledge management. An important part of this role will be to track, monitor and ensure data and content quality control off and on site with all Asian Trails' destinations. Based in Bangkok, the ideal candidate will become a part of a great team of passionate travel colleagues.

• Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to develop project plans including the scope statement, work breakdown structure, schedule, and communication plan
• Work closely with key personnel and subject matter experts across all departments and units to ensure coordinated management of integration project activities
• Track and report on project status including schedule and scope adherence, risks and issue
• Troubleshoot problems and issues regarding all aspects that could affect the roll out of the system and the timely delivery of the project, ad-hoc assignments by Program Manager
• Co-ordinate with IT team and local product/content teams to ensure the accuracy/quality of data and content to be migrated, both online and offline
• Support the data implementation (all modules, reservation/operation/master data) off and on site with all Asian Trails units in Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam
• Assist in setting-up train the trainer workshops in Bangkok together with future software provider to ensure proper know-ledge transfer prior to go-live

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar field, involved in other system projects and implementations will be an advantage
• Knowledge of the Travel Business or prior experience with multinational company will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytic savvy with systematic approach to problems. Hands-on approach.
• Must be comfortable working in a matrix organization and with the ability to leverage and influence different project stakeholders in order to accomplish goals
• Flexible and hardworking / team player
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines. A "Can Do" attitude and positive thinking, includes creative thinking
• Availability to travel in all South East Asia
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel preferred
• Proficiency in English is mandatory (verbally and writing)
