Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or any related field.
• Have experience in Technical support, Accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge in NetSuite or ERP is advantage.
• Good attitude and service mind.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines. 
• Customer oriented and a good team player.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skill both in Thai and English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and solve the problem of the client requested cases.
• Communicate with client to determine cause of any problems and response to cases in a timely manner. 
• Provide written the report case summary to the clients.
• Create user guide to support the client requirements.
• Available to contact with the client in any urgent cases on the weekend or holiday.
• Able to travel to meet the client for training and support on site.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.
