Role & Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing procurements, as well as for coordinating and monitoring all purchasing activities, with the overall aim of optimizing inventories and reducing costs to fulfill customer demand
• Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating for the best price, quantities and delivery timescales
• Co-work among organization to understand and fulfill customer requirement
• Sourcing capability of 3rd party products
• Processing requisitions and updating management on the status of orders
• Understanding and analyzing supply and customer demand trends in order to make proper buying decisions
• Co-work with seller and logistic team (internal & external) to arrange transport of goods and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery with minimize cost
• Inventory management
• Monitoring the stock quality and escalating any discrepancies to suppliers and management

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree
• Good at English and Chinese
• 8 years of purchasing experience
• initiative and the confidence
• good communication and negotiation skill with seller and business associates
• interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with sellers
• written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally
• Ability to make decisions
• Ability to cope with pressure and adapt to situations
• Can remain calm under pressure
