Responsibilities

• To assist Head of Internal Audit to manage and execute approved internal audit plan including follow up and report the status of audit issues related to Group Audit
• To be a second line of Head of Internal Audit
• Lead audit team, coaching and review audit work
• Coaching to audit team members to ensure effective and efficient execution of audit including necessary skill improvement plan and action for team members
• Follow up, update, coordinate and report the status of audit issues from Group Audit
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls of business processes and align with the group policies and procedures
• Review and evaluate the procedures that are proper establish and in place
• Recommend and effective corrective action plan to Management to improve internal control and compliance
• Responsible for follow up with auditees to ensure that audit action/recommendations are properly closed as agreed on time
• Perform any special audit/investigation as requested by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 5 years experience in internal audit at manager level with multi - national company
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking
• Highly self starter, creativity
• Good interpersonal skills
• Cross functional, team player
• Project management
