We are looking for a Tech Lead who has a passion for writing good code, using design patterns, following best practices and are dedicated to building a strong development team

The right person will lead our team of talented Cloud engineers to architect and build the next generation of Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities will be to take ownership of the technical aspects of the company’s cloud applications, provide technical leadership and mentoring to the cloud team, assist in extending the team with the right talent and grow our reputation as an expert in the industry.

Main responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable and highly performing Cloud services.

• Be responsible for the performance and quality of our Cloud services.

• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship products and new features

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

• Keep up to date on any technology connected to the Cloud services

• Mentor other developers, facilitate and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

• Know the team members strengths and weaknesses and help grow their knowledge

• Take an active role in forming the Cloud development process and tool chain

• Help with technical pre-sales

Qualifications ­ General

• A degree in computer/technology related discipline or equivalent work experience

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Excellent ability to understand software requirements and specifications

• Strong understanding of best practices for application performance optimization and security

• Be able to identify opportunities for innovation to improve quality

• Strong knowledge on object oriented programming and design patterns.

• Strong experience of enterprise software architecture understanding all tiers of a modern web application

• Experience with .NET and C#

• Near fluent English, both oral and written

• Proven experience in leadership roles like for example Scrum Master, Team Lead, Software Architect etc.

Preferred experience with Azure

• Experiences on Microsoft Azure and understanding of the different services provided by Azure and able to provide solutions using the services

• Understanding of Cloud Computing: virtualization technologies, Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and Software as a Service Cloud delivery models

• Be able to create, deploy, maintain and scale­out Cloud based services
