• Prepare a content for the media to communicate with customers in each target set by content strategy and key message.
• Coordinate with management and media partners for the event, press conference, interviews and media visit.
• Participate in the creation and design elements of communications such as facebook content or tourist guide book.
• Maintain and monitor the results of offline &online communications and report to directors.
• Evaluate the performance of feedback information to the relevant agencies for the improvement and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
• Welcome new graduates in Customer Service, Hotel, Airline least, Guest Service will be advantage
• Background in marketing communications, writing and editing publications
• Proficient in MS Office and social media
• Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
• Strong communication ability (oral and written)
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Oriented to goals, Energetic, Proactive, team player, result-oriented, and can-do attitude
• Service mind & Good personality & professional appearance
• Ability to communicate across levels of staff including senior leaders
