Your Role
This position will be responsible for strategic planning of Spare Parts, Consumables & Accessories to support our growing aftermarket business for Thailand and International Market. You will be working in a team based at our office in Bangkok, Thailand and well coordinate with BA regional support teams. This role is primarily focused on operation with strategic planning for material within our internal & external flows, to make sure that our fulfillment rate able to support our service channel within times, quantity and quality.
The mission of the Spare Prat Operations -Assistant Manager is to define the spare part operations management framework to enable managing spare part service operation and warehouse operation to support our consumers and our service partners, to drive solution and loyalty within the repair and service phase of the post purchase consumer journey.

A Typical Day

Management of inventory operation for our warehouses in Thailand, components warehouse management and safety with main source of supply from internal flows Thailand Hub and Local Suppliers.
Inventory Management strategically by leveraging all aspects of the planning tool and stockholding policies.
Proactively avoid shortages through Risk of run-out process.
Communicate availability dates and quantities with all relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate ad hoc stock-ups for sales promotions or quality campaigns in your warehouse of responsibility.
Planning of initial stock for new product launches and obsoleted stock for old product
Manage planning & operating related master data. Timely updates of performance indicators and actively plan corrective actions to reach targets.
Develop and optimize processes, secure continues improvement with able to Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
Drive the centralized strategy by ensuring processes are improved, added or removed with clearly quantified results.
Day to day operational responsibility for spare part activity
Owning the process documentation and ensure all changes are reflected adequately
Follow up on SP Sale Revenue, KPIs and targets achievements
