Your Role

Become a trusted partner business partner for Commercial divisions (Sales, Marketing, Product Line), advise and control all the activities regarding pricing and finance performance management for the organization.

A Typical Day

Responsible to implement pricing framework and structure across Southeast Asia countries
Lead process of transferring of APAC&MEA Pricing guidelines into local price lists & guidelines with local sales area and country product line managers
Proficient in data analytics and translate these into actions:
Price (including Gross-to-Net), Volume, and Mix.
Run report/dashboard to pinpoint margin leakage, root cause identification and recommend corrective action
Analyze price changes and promotion effectiveness
Lead and execute pricing related projects. E.g., pricing waterfall, pricing handbook, etc.
Engage commercial organization to drive price optimization review
Provide pricing expertise / advice to Product Line and Sales team and other functions as the main point of contact for pricing
Review and approve promotion proposals across Southeast Asia
Adopt APAC&MEA Pricing Tools and foster strategic pricing mindset
Continuously improve pricing process to support agile & data driven decision making
Support Southeast Asia Pricing Lead on pricing / commercial requests on pricing council
Act as the bridge between Pricing, Finance / Controlling and Commercial Leaders
Lead a program of ongoing financial performance & price evaluation to enable actions leading to pricing effectiveness
Provide necessary training for affiliates and input on organizational pricing requirements
