Role purpose

• Primary Syngenta Flowers representative to customers for culture and commercial growing guidelines for products.
• Training of all customers, including distributors, growers, and retailers focused on product positioning, features and benefits, competitive landscape, and overall portfolio perspective.
• Develop, schedule, and deliver customer consultations to grow sales in the existing markets such as Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and new market development such as Vietnam and ensure success with Syngenta Flowers products
• Participate in product launch teams and provide technical input into marketing plans (through tactical reviews and campaigns) on the technical positioning of our products.
• Support for Product Performance Complaint handling
• Conducing the commercial trial and Provide detailed pre-commercial trial feedback and data to Product Management and Breeding Teams Act as the face of Syngenta Flowers, participate in marketing / trial events in ASEAN and the development of technical focused marketing collateral, print, video and webinars.

Critical Skills & Experience:

• Experienced in horticulture, Floriculture, or plant science
• Strong in flower products knowledge /technical advice/ able to conduct the trial by their own in ASEAN
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English
