Based on the current 5 years plan, coach each pillar lead in the delivery of the levels.
Secure good progress and lead the monthly reporting to the APAC VSELT.
Each year, organize a review of the progress, brainstorming with the APAV VSELT in order to adjust/review accordingly the strategy/pillars and levers.
Metrics reporting on APAC VEG projects and strategic initiatives.
Lead the strategy and organize brainstorming and workshop on strategy on a yearly basis.
