Purpose:

In charge of overall customization business of the designated factory and manage the relationships between adidas and T1s ensuring that adidas customization apparel objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Own all KPI performance of the managed vendors within assigned factory

Drive customization key programs and projects to ensure overall apparel and supplier capabilities are industry leading

Build and maintain close working relationships with the factory operation heads and internal functional leads to ensure quick resolution of issues

Handle seasonal development, late add, and carryovers; sample orders & tracking

Ensure accurate and timely system maintenance, monitoring, and issue escalation

Ensure adequate capacity and production planning

Seasonal and monthly capacity booking, monitoring, and MIP inputs

Proactive delay reporting, and come up action plan and implementation

Ensure PODD update, FGR Accuracy, and shipping Policies/Guidelines are implemented at T1s

Material management

Seasonal greige booking, seasonal and monthly material and trim booking, replenishment and land

Inventory monitoring, material outage reporting, and liability management

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma or degree from educational entity preferably in related fields

Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing Industry

Experience on product creation a plus
