• Experienced in MGD Master Data From Retails

Responsible for organizing, storing, developing, overseeing, and analyzing data and ensures that all of this is always done with the utmost security and in a timely manner, draw conclusions according to the data, and report findings to upper management for use in various capacities throughout the organization.

Responsibility

• Assist Senior Manager in coordination of master data requirements with other functional data owners and ensure functional master data integrity and quality
• Work with other organization units to ensure commitment from relevant stakeholders and monitor Master Data Group service delivery as per SLA (service level agreement)
• Supervise and involve in projects such as systems mapping, data mapping, data loading, data testing, etc
• Responsible for development of training program of super-users and users
• Perform and report on periodic audits, data integrity and quality checks
• Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules across the operations
• Assist to resolve data quality problems through appropriate choices of error detection and correction, process control and improvement
• Identify and manage critical data management issues and risks
• Perform Impact Analysis on data related defects in impacted systems
• Supervise, coach and train team

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in a field such as computer science, information technology, data management, business management or a related field.
• Retail Business knowledge, Business process and relevant Functional knowledge
• Oracle system
• Understanding of how data is used within business processes and its impact
• Ability to interact with IT when technology roles and capabilities are required
• Good management skills - be able to work flexibly, quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
• Good documentation skills
• Be able to communicate well with administrative staff and other staff at all levels
• Well organization, Orderly -Can manage volume and organize workload
• Has analytical skills, logical thinking
• Good command of English
