Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring existing customer portfolio, Work with Key account, store operation, and commercial to ensure sale / profit target is achieved.
• Responsible for customer baskets analysis (retention portfolio) to identify lost items, fining causes, and work with store operation or commercial to ensure sale recovery.
• Have to analyze customer portfolio to support Key account team with effective summary for further customer development.
• Assist Key account team on account opening documents.
• Administrative duties, processing and resolving complaints, and preparing reports.
• To analyzing data and maintaining client accounts, Processing and recording data.
• Coordinating with internal and external team members.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• High competency in data analysis skills and computer skill (Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, Power BI).
• Ability to work on a fast-paced, deadline driven, cross-functional team.
• Have good negotiation skills.
• Can work under pressure.
