Responsibilities

• Contribute to regular project reviews and accurately communicates the status of projects in both formal and informal settings throughout project lifecycle.
• Responsible for day-to-day issues related to IT security
• Maintain security appliance and equipment, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with other relevant teams.
• Documenting any security incidents / data breaches and assessing their damage.
• Perform security service such as security awareness training, phishing testing and penetration testing
• Advance on Data Protection Loss and PDPA Compliance
• Control and advice for BYOD and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Contribute towards the execution of policies, standards and procedures specific set by enterprise standards and account specific standards as they apply to IT security governance, IT risk, and IT compliance requirements
• Contribute and improve the operations of IT Security Risk Management by identifying and managing the treatment of risks to Makro Group and client information
• Support IT Risk, Compliance and Audit
• Contribute to the design of IT security safeguard architecture
• Develop project plans, estimations, specifications, flowcharts, and presentations

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related fields
• 2-5 years of previous client facing and advisory experience required
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft M365 E3 Security, Data Protection Loss, PDPA, Multifactor Authentication, Incident Response, Intune, Security Risk and Audit a plus
• Manage consulting experience or security implementation a plus
• Security certifications desired e.g., Security+, CySA+, CISSP etc.
• Understanding CIA, NIST, PCI Standard, PDPA or IT Security relate standard
• Proven ability to infuse innovation and creativity into tactical activity with a focus on exceptional customer service and business continuity
• Strong team player that collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
• Excellent written, verbal communication and English communication skills
