Credit review

• Pre-approved credit limit to potential customers from proposal of KAM and store teams
• Analyze and review credit limit of existing customers periodically to ensure an appropriate credit limit both to support business growth and prevent credit risk.

Operations

• Set up process and ensure a credit customer master and credit limit properly set up and maintained.
• Ensure timely and efficient operations of credit and billing process.
• Monitor and follow up outstanding aging balance with KAM and store teams and take proper actions to mitigate risk from bad debts.
• Coordinate with KAM/Store and client to resolve billing and collection issues
• Support business development with credit sales customer in relation to billing/collection process.
• Develop and maintain relationship strategies to retain customers and improve cross department relationships.
• Performed and control the implementation of Credit Control Policy & Procedure of the team.
• Review account updates and ensure accuracy of transactions of all accounts.
• Perform any other functions as required.
• Very good command of English
